3 Month Partnership
Re-imagining Your Next Chapter
You’re ready for something more or different in your life and career, even if you don’t know exactly what that looks like yet. We’ll get to the heart of what you want and begin turning it into something real.

Over three months we’ll get clear on what you actually want, uncover the strengths that are uniquely yours and explore the possibilities that feel right for you. From there we’ll build a plan you can act on.
And when doubts, fears and unexpected obstacles surface, we’ll work through them together. The messy middle is where the real work happens and the changes you’ve been working towards start to become more noticeable.

Building Your Next Chapter
You have a lot going on in your life and career and somewhere in the middle of it all, you’ve lost track of yourself. You want things to feel different, but you also want to understand what needs to change and give yourself the time to make those changes stick.

Life and work are complicated. There’s a lot weighing on your head and your heart. Over 6 months, we’ll work through it together so instead of being at the mercy of it all you’re moving forward with more agency, confidence and ease.
Along the way we’ll explore your values, your strengths and how you may be getting in your own way. Understanding what’s driving you from the inside is where deep, lasting change begins.

Living Your Next Chapter
You’re committed to making real, lasting changes in your life and career and want someone in your corner as you make them. Someone who has gotten to know you, understands what matters to you and is there for the hard moments, the breakthroughs and everything in between.

Over a year we’ll focus on the decisions and experiences shaping your life and work so you can move through your days with greater ease, more agency and a deeper sense of who you are and what you want.
You can say things out loud like…
- “I can’t tell if I’m burned out or just bored.”
- “I’ve checked all the boxes I thought would make me happy, but something’s still missing”
- “I keep showing up for everyone else, but I don’t know what I want for myself.”
- “Everyone thinks I’ve got it together but I’m barely keeping up.”
- “I used to care about this work… now I’m not so sure.”
- “I’m the one in charge but half the time I’m making it up as I go.”
- “I don’t know if I want to leave or just change how I’m showing up.”
You’ll have a trusted place to process things before small issues turn into bigger ones. Someone outside your life who knows you well enough to ask the right question at the right time. And over the course of a year, something shifts. You start coming into your own.
Is Committing to A Year of Coaching Right For You?
You may look like you’ve got it all together on the outside while privately wondering how sustainable it really is. You keep showing up, meeting expectations and handling what comes your way, but the effort is taking a toll and you know it shouldn’t feel this hard.
We’ll talk about what’s actually happening. It won’t fix everything all at once, but it will help us figure out what’s working for you, what’s not, and from there, make decisions that make sense to you.
You might recognize yourself here if:
- You’re the leader in the room but secretly feel like you’re winging it
- You’re high-functioning but low-key overwhelmed
- You’re in transition (career, company, or identity)
- You’re tired of frivolous advice like “hack your morning routine” and want something real
- You’ve been successful by most standards, but you’re not sure it feels like your success
- You want to connect the dots between who you are and the work you do
It’s about putting words to what’s been simmering under the surface and finding a way forward that feels right to you.

Customizable
Looking for coaching for someone you employ or lead?
Sometimes an employer wants to invest in someone’s growth. And sometimes coaching is suggested because something isn’t going well. There may be concerns about performance, a new role may be proving difficult or someone who is usually capable may be struggling.

Those concerns may be entirely legitimate.
But the person I’m working with is not a problem to be fixed.
I coach the person, not the employee.
That means the coaching starts with their experience. What’s happening for them? What are they struggling with? What’s getting in their way? What do they want to be different? Where might they need to grow? And what else might be part of the picture?
There may be things they need to take responsibility for. Skills they need to develop. There may also be things about the role, the workplace or the rest of their life that are contributing to what’s happening.
The organization may be paying for the coaching, but the coaching relationship is with the person.
There’s no predetermined version of who they’re supposed to become. No agenda to make them a “better employee.”
The coaching belongs to them.
They have a confidential space to think, grow and draw on more of their strengths, values, experience and earned wisdom.
And I have a lot of respect for leaders who are willing to make that kind of investment in someone without deciding in advance what the return on that investment needs to look like.
If you’re considering coaching for someone you employ or lead, we can have a conversation, but the next step is really for them to book a free consultation with me. We’ll talk about what’s going on, what they want from coaching and whether working together feels right for them.
I offer 3, 6 and 12-month coaching partnerships, and I can customize a partnership when needed. After our conversation, they’ll have the information they need to take back to you so we can work within any parameters your organization has around funding, timing or the length of the coaching.
Once we begin, the coaching relationship is with them.
