“It’s the best investment I’ve made in years.”

I began coaching with Kim last summer because I had a deep need to live with more intention and consistency, but I didn’t know how to do this in a concrete way.

Through thoughtful questions, extensive knowledge, and genuine care, she is helping me figure it out. I now have a strong foundation rooted in my values and strengths (and newfound creativity!).

Kim has a rare ability to ask the right questions at exactly the right time, and her kind, curious, and invested approach makes the coaching experience both meaningful and energizing.

It is the best investment I’ve made in years.

“It was an incredibly valuable investment to my health and well-being.”

I am a mom of two little kids who recently returned to a high-profile position after maternity leave. Work wasn’t sitting well with me, but I couldn’t quite grasp what was going on. I had changed. I reached out to Kim due to the discomfort.

While working with Kim, I figured out so much about myself that I had never known before.

Almost immediately, I felt empowered to make the necessary shifts for more clarity and better work-life balance.

I enjoyed the 1:1 support and the reflexive exercises. I highly recommend working with Kim.

It was an incredibly valuable investment to my health and well-being.

“Kim helped me answer tough questions about my career”

I have long struggled with questions about how my personality, goals, strengths and habits might best fit into a career.

After my time with Kim I feel ready and excited about where I’m going in my work life.

Working with Kim has helped me to answer tough questions about my career, to understand the strengths I bring to my work, and to have the confidence to make the changes that I deeply believe will bring me happiness and balance in my life.

Kim is incredibly warm, thoughtful, and easy to talk to, and the insights from these sessions have already been helping in all aspects of my life.

I can’t recommend Kim highly enough!

“Working with Kim was incredibly eye-opening and heart-warming.”

Kim helped me to really discover who I am as a leader and helped me see that the traits I had previously identified as weaknesses are actually strengths.

I began looking at myself and others with a fresh perspective. Kim knew how to challenge me when I needed to be challenged and helped me to realize just how capable I was!

With her help, I decided to advocate for myself and took the leap into a new career.

I could have muddled through without Kim, but I am grateful that I took the leap with her!

Nicole L. | Public Service Professional

“I am very grateful to have found Kim.”

Kim has given me the strength and support I needed to navigate the challenges of looking for a new professional path.

Her thoughtful and friendly approach, filled with insightful questions, helpful feedback, and genuine empathy, has made a significant difference in my journey.

She has offered excellent guidance that has helped me explore my options, better understand my strengths, and engage in meaningful conversations about self-discovery and growth.

Her encouragement has been both grounding and inspiring, and I truly appreciate having her expertise by my side.

Living Your Next Chapter

You’re committed to making real, lasting changes in your life and career and want someone in your corner as you make them. Someone who has gotten to know you, understands what matters to you and is there for the hard moments, the breakthroughs and everything in between.

crossroads life and career

Over a year we’ll focus on the decisions and experiences shaping your life and work so you can move through your days with greater ease, more agency and a deeper sense of who you are and what you want.

You can say things out loud like…

  • “I can’t tell if I’m burned out or just bored.”
  • “I’ve checked all the boxes I thought would make me happy, but something’s still missing”
  • “I keep showing up for everyone else, but I don’t know what I want for myself.”
  • “Everyone thinks I’ve got it together but I’m barely keeping up.”
  • “I used to care about this work… now I’m not so sure.”
  • “I’m the one in charge but half the time I’m making it up as I go.”
  • “I don’t know if I want to leave or just change how I’m showing up.”

You’ll have a trusted place to process things before small issues turn into bigger ones. Someone outside your life who knows you well enough to ask the right question at the right time. And over the course of a year, something shifts. You start coming into your own.

Is Committing to A Year of Coaching Right For You?

You may look like you’ve got it all together on the outside while privately wondering how sustainable it really is. You keep showing up, meeting expectations and handling what comes your way, but the effort is taking a toll and you know it shouldn’t feel this hard.

We’ll talk about what’s actually happening. It won’t fix everything all at once, but it will help us figure out what’s working for you, what’s not, and from there, make decisions that make sense to you.

You might recognize yourself here if:

  • You’re the leader in the room but secretly feel like you’re winging it
  • You’re high-functioning but low-key overwhelmed
  • You’re in transition (career, company, or identity)
  • You’re tired of frivolous advice like “hack your morning routine” and want something real
  • You’ve been successful by most standards, but you’re not sure it feels like your success
  • You want to connect the dots between who you are and the work you do

It’s about putting words to what’s been simmering under the surface and finding a way forward that feels right to you.

Looking for coaching for someone you employ or lead?

Sometimes an employer wants to invest in someone’s growth. And sometimes coaching is suggested because something isn’t going well. There may be concerns about performance, a new role may be proving difficult or someone who is usually capable may be struggling.

employee coaching

Those concerns may be entirely legitimate.

But the person I’m working with is not a problem to be fixed.

I coach the person, not the employee.

That means the coaching starts with their experience. What’s happening for them? What are they struggling with? What’s getting in their way? What do they want to be different? Where might they need to grow? And what else might be part of the picture?

There may be things they need to take responsibility for. Skills they need to develop. There may also be things about the role, the workplace or the rest of their life that are contributing to what’s happening.

The organization may be paying for the coaching, but the coaching relationship is with the person.

There’s no predetermined version of who they’re supposed to become. No agenda to make them a “better employee.”

The coaching belongs to them.

They have a confidential space to think, grow and draw on more of their strengths, values, experience and earned wisdom.

And I have a lot of respect for leaders who are willing to make that kind of investment in someone without deciding in advance what the return on that investment needs to look like.

If you’re considering coaching for someone you employ or lead, we can have a conversation, but the next step is really for them to book a free consultation with me. We’ll talk about what’s going on, what they want from coaching and whether working together feels right for them.

I offer 3, 6 and 12-month coaching partnerships, and I can customize a partnership when needed. After our conversation, they’ll have the information they need to take back to you so we can work within any parameters your organization has around funding, timing or the length of the coaching.

Once we begin, the coaching relationship is with them.
