Whichever plan you choose for your coaching partnership, you’ll work with me 1-on-1 on Zoom with unlimited email access between sessions.
Our coaching partnership will be fully customized to you as a whole person, supporting the changes you’re making in your life and career in ways that make sense for you.
All the details including pricing and payment options are included in each plan. Be sure to check with your employer to find out if your coaching fees can be reimbursed through your EAP benefits or personal/professional development plan.

You’re in a demanding chapter of your life and career and want help finding a balance that works for you.

Over 6 months, we’ll slow things down so you can reconnect with yourself, building a way forward that fits who you are and where you want to go. We’ll explore your values, your emotions, your strengths and your sense of possibility. This sets a solid foundation to work towards a version of growth that feels meaningful and achievable.
Grounding in the Present
We’ll begin by getting clear on what you’re facing. What’s feeling uncertain or challenging right now? What’s taking up space in your head and heart? This session creates a grounded starting point by giving you the chance to say things out loud that may have been building silently for a while. You’ll:

- Recognize the emotional tone of this chapter
- Begin to slow down and observe what’s happening without judging yourself
Your Values Are Your Inner Compass
When everything feels uncertain, your values offer a powerful way to stay centred. We’ll explore what truly matters to you…not just in theory, but in real life, with all its messiness. You’ll:
- Identify or revisit your core values
- Reflect on how they show up (or don’t) in your current chapter
- Use your values to guide decisions and daily actions
Working With Your Emotions
We’ll take a closer look at the emotions coming up during this chapter like frustration, fear, confusion, even hope. Rather than pushing them aside, you’ll learn how to work with them and use them as information and fuel. You’ll:

- Learn practical ways to respond rather than react
- Understand what your feelings might be pointing to or calling for
Recognizing Your Strengths and Talents
We’ll focus on identifying the strengths, talents and qualities that have helped you through challenges and could play a bigger role in what comes next. Often, the things you do well can feel so natural that you don’t even see them as strengths. We’ll slow down and take a thoughtful look at where you shine. You’ll:

The goal is to move beyond feeling stuck and identify one or two practical steps forward. You’ll:

By now, you have a clearer understanding of your values, strengths and the personal growth you’re working toward. We’ll continue to focus on how to move forward with confidence, grounded in everything you’ve discovered about yourself. Over 12 months, we’ll focus on the decisions and experiences that are shaping your everyday life so you are intentionally working through what’s impacting you most.
It’s an opportunity to move through your days with greater ease while learning more about what helps you thrive. You’ll:
- Reclaim your focus and energy so you stop spinning your wheels and start moving forward.
- See options you hadn’t noticed and make choices that actually fit your life and priorities.
- Reduce the mental load of carrying decisions, doubts and frustrations alone.
- Feel steadier and more confident in how you show up.
- Have a trusted place to process before small issues turn into bigger problems.

This is a single, focused coaching session designed to help you pause, take stock and explore what’s happening for you right now.
It’s for times when you need perspective rather than ongoing coaching. Our conversation will be forward-looking and practical, with the goal of leaving you with options you can act on, not just insights that stay theoretical.
What This Session Isn’t
This isn’t an ongoing coaching program, though you’re always welcome to book another session anytime you need a fresh perspective.
It’s not advice-giving. The focus is on noticing what’s happening for you and what you’re seeing, rather than being told what to do.
It’s also not just a place to vent. Once the root issue becomes clearer, the conversation shifts toward exploring your options and what could move things forward.
Who This Is For
This session is for people juggling too much, feeling pressure, or unsure which direction to take.
It’s helpful when you’re stuck in the weeds at work or in life and need to step back and see more clearly.
